Spole\u010dn\u011b s kolegou Tom\u00e1\u0161em ji\u017e \u0161est\u00fdm rokem provozuje leteckou \u0161kolu v \u010cesk\u00e9 L\u00edp\u011b. Co to je ten tzv. ultralight, co obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pilotn\u00ed kurz a pro\u010d vlastn\u011b l\u00e9tat? Nejen na to jsme se ptali v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm rozhovoru.<\/p>\n<p>Jak jste se dostal k l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed? Pro\u010d l\u00e9t\u00e1te?<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9t\u00e1m od sv\u00fdch 15 let, za\u010d\u00ednal jsem tedy v dob\u011b Svazarmu v sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed. \ud83d\ude42 A za tu dobu jsem nal\u00e9tal cca 3000 letov\u00fdch hodin.<\/p>\n<p>K l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011b p\u0159ivedl m\u016fj bratr a dodnes mu za to d\u011bkuji. Jak se do\u010dtete v \u00favodn\u00ed v\u011bt\u011b na na\u0161em webu (www.cumulus-servis.cz): \u201e&#8230; otev\u0159eli jste br\u00e1nu do nov\u00e9 dimenze. L\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed je sport, relax, nap\u011bt\u00ed i uvoln\u011bn\u00ed, cestov\u00e1n\u00ed a pozn\u00e1n\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd si najde to sv\u00e9.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b si m\u00e1me my, nedot\u010den\u00ed l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00edm, p\u0159edstavit pod pojmem ultralehk\u00e9 letadlo\/ultralight\/ULLa?<\/p>\n<p>Kategorie ultralehk\u00e9ho l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 v\u00edc skupin.Sdru\u017euje piloty ultralehk\u00fdch letadel, v\u00edrn\u00edk\u016f,ultralehk\u00fdch vrtuln\u00edk\u016f, paraglajdy, rogala\u2026 J\u00e1 se zab\u00fdv\u00e1m ultralehk\u00fdmi letadly aerodynamicky \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi,(d\u00e1le ULLa) tedy t\u011bmi, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed \u0159iditeln\u00e1 k\u0159id\u00e9lka, sm\u011brovku a v\u00fd\u0161kovku. Jsou to letadla s celkov\u00fdm hmotnostn\u00edm omezen\u00edm 600 kg, pro max. dv\u011b osoby atd.<\/p>\n<p>Jakou tradici m\u00e1 l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed na ultralightech v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, pota\u017emo v okol\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 L\u00edpy?<\/p>\n<p>Ultralehk\u00e9 l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed se za\u010dalo organizovat ihned po revoluci v roce 1989. Sdru\u017euje se do Leteck\u00e9 amat\u00e9rsk\u00e9 asociace. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika se stala doslova sv\u011btovou velmoc\u00ed v\u00fdroby a i provozu mal\u00fdch l\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u010ceskolipsku se l\u00e9t\u00e1 s ULLa na n\u011bkolika m\u00edstech.Obl\u00edben\u00e9 je b\u00fdval\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 leti\u0161t\u011b Hrad\u010dany u Mimon\u011b, s ur\u010dit\u00fdm omezen\u00edm se l\u00e9t\u00e1 na leti\u0161ti Ram\u0161 a v Horn\u00ed Libchav\u011b. V minul\u00e9m desetilet\u00ed nebyl na \u010ceskolipsku v\u00fdcvik p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 frekventovan\u00fd, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 leteck\u00e1 \u0161kola ULLa se zde neprosadila. Snad se to povede na leti\u0161ti v \u010cesk\u00e9 L\u00edp\u011b na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti Cumulus servis. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdhody ultralehk\u00e9ho l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Pokud srovn\u00e1v\u00e1m b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 motorov\u00e9 l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed (Cessna, Piper apod.) s l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00edm na ULLa, tak mus\u00edm konstatovat, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhody jsou dostupnost a cena.<\/p>\n<p>Dostupnost\u00ed mysl\u00edm po\u010det leti\u0161\u0165 pro ULLa, mno\u017estv\u00ed letadel a rozmanitost typ\u016f. Skoro v ka\u017ed\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b nad cca 20.000 obyvatel je plocha pro provoz ultralight\u016f. V\u00fdhodou je tak\u00e9 men\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1rok na teoretickou i praktickou \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdcviku, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1roky na zdravotn\u00ed stav pilot\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>A cena, ta je dnes opravdu kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1. Po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a i provoz ULLa je zhruba na 50 % ceny \u201cdosp\u011bl\u00fdch\u201d letadel. A to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee se technick\u00e9 parametry ULLa d\u00edky raketov\u00e9mu v\u00fdvoji materi\u00e1l\u016f a konstrukc\u00ed dostaly na srovnatelnou \u00farove\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>Co v\u00e1s vedlo k otev\u0159en\u00ed leteck\u00e9 \u0161koly v \u010cesk\u00e9 L\u00edp\u011b? A co dal\u0161\u00edho Cumulus servis\u00a0nab\u00edz\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Firmu jsem zalo\u017eil hlavn\u011b proto, abych na \u010ceskolipsku a vlastn\u011b v cel\u00e9m v\u00fdb\u011b\u017eku od D\u011b\u010d\u00edna p\u0159es \u0160luknov po Jablonn\u00e9 (s\u00eddl\u00edme na ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00edm leti\u0161ti v \u010cesk\u00e9 L\u00edp\u011b pod \u0160pi\u010d\u00e1kem) vybudoval silnou a spolehlivou leteckou v\u00fdcvikovou z\u00e1kladnu ULLa. Moje p\u0159edstava je vycvi\u010dit piloty a n\u00e1sledn\u011b jim umo\u017enit turistick\u00e9 nebo sportovn\u00ed l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed po cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b. S leteckou \u0161kolu je \u00fazce propojena i p\u016fj\u010dovna letadel.<\/p>\n<p>Kolik pilot\u016f jste ji\u017e vy\u0161kolili a na \u010dem l\u00e9t\u00e1te?<\/p>\n<p>V roce 2014 jsme zah\u00e1jili takzvan\u00fd \u201czku\u0161ebn\u00ed provoz \u0161koly\u201d a m\u00e1me ji\u017e 3 nov\u00e9 piloty.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9t\u00e1me na ULLa letadle Dynamic WT9, mysl\u00edm, \u017ee nebudu p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt, kdy\u017e ho ozna\u010d\u00edm za jedno z nejlep\u0161\u00edch v kategorii ultralehk\u00fdch letadel. Toto letadlo je v n\u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00edch certifikov\u00e1no jako \u201cdosp\u011bl\u00e9\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Co obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pilotn\u00ed v\u00fdcvik?<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed ve \u0161kole se sna\u017e\u00edme \u010dasov\u011b i p\u0159\u00edstupem p\u0159izp\u016fsobit pot\u0159eb\u00e1m pilotn\u00edch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdcvik se prov\u00e1d\u00ed podle osnovy LAA. Z\u00e1klady teorie \u0161kol\u00edme p\u0159ed l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00edm zbytek do pilotn\u00edch zkou\u0161ek, v\u00fdcvik obvykle okolo 30 hodin. Ceny jsou st\u00e1l\u00e9 a m\u00edrn\u00e9 :), letov\u00e1 hodina ve v\u00fdcviku stoj\u00ed 2.500 K\u010d. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu v\u00fdcviku mus\u00ed z\u00e1jemce tak\u00e9 slo\u017eit zkou\u0161ku radiotelefonisty.<\/p>\n<p>Kdo u v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt l\u00e9tat? Je pilotov\u00e1n\u00ed ultralightu omezeno v\u011bkem, zdravotn\u00edm stavem apod.?<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010d\u00edt s l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00edm m\u016f\u017eete samostatn\u011b od 16 let, horn\u00ed hranici v\u011bku bych ne\u0159e\u0161il. Ka\u017ed\u00e9mu je tolik rok\u016f, na kolik se s\u00e1m c\u00edt\u00ed. \ud83d\ude42 Z\u00e1jemce pot\u0159ebuje zdravotn\u00ed prohl\u00eddku ur\u010den\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159em specialistou. Po\u017eadavky jsou m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u \u201cdosp\u011bl\u00fdch letadel\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy je letov\u00e1 sez\u00f3na?<\/p>\n<p>Sez\u00f3na nen\u00ed omezena,v letadle je i topen\u00ed. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u00ednil jste, \u017ee se d\u00e1 l\u00e9tat po cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b. Co mimo zem\u011b EU?<\/p>\n<p>Pohyb mal\u00fdch letadel po EU je opravdu velmi jednoduch\u00fd, jist\u011b jste n\u011bkde v m\u00e9di\u00edch \u010detli o panu Pr\u016f\u0161ovi a jeho lo\u0148sk\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch po Evrop\u011b(doporu\u010duji vyhledat). L\u00e9tat se d\u00e1 opravdu kamkoliv, dnes m\u016f\u017eete s ULLa nav\u0161t\u00edvit jak\u00e9koliv m\u00edsto na zem\u011bkouli J Mimo EU je to slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed s \u0159adou povolen\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b i tyto p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky lze p\u0159ekonat.<\/p>\n<p>A co byste na z\u00e1v\u011br vzk\u00e1zal p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm z\u00e1jemc\u016fm?<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed mohu doporu\u010dit v\u0161em milovn\u00edk\u016fm sportu, cestov\u00e1n\u00ed a dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed. P\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dte se, \u017ee l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed je to, co byste cht\u011bli d\u011blat.
